Miami Fashion Week is one of the fashion events that I enjoy attending the most each year. This past Sunday was the last night of fashion week in Ice Palace Studios. The renowned and amazing designer, Giannina Azar, dazzled the audience with her beautiful designs!
She presented a vast variety of pieces and summer looks. There were pieces with many bright colors as well as neutral tones. There were also tropical prints, big hats, and elegant shiny dresses. The night ended with no other than Francisca Lachapel as the muse. Some remember her from when she won Nuestra Belleza Latina televised pageant show in 2015, and others know of her from the morning program Despierta America. At the end, Giannina came out with Francisca as well as Lina Luaces (who is Lili Estefan’s daughter), and Alessandra Villegas walking and dancing to the rhythm of a Juan Luis Guerra song.
Giannina Azar surpassed all expectations, seeing her designs was exactly how I thought they would be and more! I remember a few years ago when I saw Thalia wear a dress by her for Premio Lo Nuestro. I loved it so much that ever since that day I have followed, admired her and her excellent work.
